Our services are generally billed based on an agreed hourly rate according to actual time spent. The hourly rate depends on the value and complexity of the matter. Additionally, a small administrative fee of 3% and the statutory VAT apply. Standard secretarial work is included in the hourly rate. Out-of-pocket expenses, such as travel costs, are invoiced separately.
For companies or organizations with ongoing or regular legal support needs, it is possible to engage legal services for a pre-agreed flat fee. This reliable and efficient service can be an economically attractive alternative to employing in-house legal professionals.
For individuals with limited financial means, a reduced social tariff may be offered following individual assessment. Granting a social tariff is subject to prior agreement and takes into account personal and financial circumstances, as well as the type, scope, and, where relevant, the socio-political significance of the mandate. Selected pro bono mandates are also considered. In all cases, an advance payment of at least CHF 500 is required as a security deposit to ensure responsible use of this social service.
Typically, an advance payment is agreed upon. The initial advance payment is always at least CHF 2,000. For longer or particularly complex mandates, or at your request, partial billing may be issued.
